Can I try Pro before paying?
Our free plan is fully functional for image optimization. Pro Lite unlocks video, audio, PDF, and 3D model support, along with higher file size limits (100MB vs 25MB), larger batch processing (10 files/batch, 50/session vs 3/batch, 25/session), no ads, and priority processing.
What's the difference between Pro Lite and Pro Deluxe?
Both plans include the same core features. Pro Deluxe supports files up to 250MB (vs 100MB on Pro Lite) and gets Priority+ processing speed, perfect for larger videos, high-resolution images, and complex 3D models.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again. If you have issues, contact our support team.
